A brand new ski resort is open. Within just 32 km from the capital city, the brand new ski resort “UB Resort” has the capacity to serve 100 people at a time. The ski resort is open at Khui Doloon Khudag which is the best known place for the horse racing tournament during the traditional holiday Naadam. Currently, an area for playing an ice version of the traditional Mongolian game of knucklebones and an ice-skating rink has already been opened for regular operation. The “UB Resort” is designed to provide leisure for the general public and to attract tourists in the winter season.
