The Producers Guild of America announced on Tuesday the five nominees for documentary theatrical motion pictures including the acclaimed “The Eagle Huntress.” The 2017 PGA Awards will be presented Jan. 28 at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles. The documentary chronicled the life of a 13-year-old girl from Mongolian Altai Mountains as she defied generations of tradition by learning to hunt with fierce golden eagles. The story follows a 13-year-old ethnic Kazakh girl Aisholpan who’s determined to break 2,000 years of gender bias by becoming the first female eagle hunter in the culture’s history. Mongolian Eagle Huntress’ story went viral in internet and the whole world was amazed. One of those is world-famous singer Sia and she released soundtrack for the Eagle Huntress’ documentary. “Angel by the Wings” is a piano-driven ballad from the new documentary “The Eagle Huntress.” Sia’s offering to the soundtrack is one of booming empowerment and triumph, with a simple but effective refrain of, “You can do anything.”
