Mongolia and South Korea economic partnership meeting coincides with SOMTI6
Mongolia, China, and South Korea co-chaired the Sixth Meeting of Senior Officials on Trade and Investment, which took place in Seoul this December.
First working group meeting on establishing Mongolia and South Korea economic partnership coincides with SOMTI6 in Seoul. Mongolia, China and South Korea co-chaired the Sixth Meeting of Senior Officials on Trade and Investment, which took place in Seoul this December. 46 participants in the meeting underlined the significance of the Ulaanbaatar Declaration which was produced during the past July ASEM Summit on expanding economic and commercial ties and strengthening connectivity between Asia and Europe. During the SOMTI, Mongolian delegates had meetings with the director for Free Trade Agreements of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Energy, and representatives of the South Korean government and research institutes. The sides held the first meeting of the joint working group in charge of study for establishing economic partnership agreement.
