Mongolia and Russia discuss about keeping on bringing virgin lands under cultivation and increasing the amount of meat export from Mongolia. Mongolian Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry Mr. P. Sergelen took part in the “Golden Autumn 2016” fair in Moscow and met with Russian Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Alexander Tkachev. The Russian minister applauded Mongolia’s new agricultural policies, and pledged close cooperation. Mr. Tkachev accepted agreed to precede the matter of boosting meat trade. Mongolia and Russia have agreed to introduce Russian agricultural technologies in Mongolia at the governmental level.
