Mongolia’s Immigration Agency and China’s Exit & Entry Administration are to cooperate.

Mongolia’s Immigration Agency and China’s Exit & Entry Administration are to cooperate.  The Ministry of Justice and Domestic Affairs of Mongolia and the Immigration Agency and the Exit and Entry Administration of China signed a Memorandum of Understanding. In accordance, the parties are committed to activating cooperation and providing favorable environment for passengers on the basis of principles of respect for the mutual laws and regulations and of equal rights. The MoU also outlines actions of joint studies on the border-crossing policies and regimes, exchange of information on laws, regulations and working practices, immediate sharing of information on the regulatory violence and of experiences and technologies for investigating and identifying false passports.
