Mongolian President to participate in United Nations General Assembly session. Mr. President Elbegdorj is scheduled to deliver remarks at general discussions of the 71^st session of the UN General Assembly and attend other sub-sessions and events organized on the sidelines of the UNGA. Also, President Elbegdorj will attend the signing of the Paris Agreement on climate change convened by UN Secretary-General BAN Ki-moon and hand over the document approving that Mongolia joined the Paris Agreement on climate change as signatory.
