Mongolia and Azerbaijan to establish direct air services. Mongolia and Azerbaijan are considering possibilities to carry out regular flights. Negotiations between the delegations of aviation authorities of the two countries were held in Ulaanbaatar where the sides reached an accord on a draft Air Services Agreement between Mongolia and Azerbaijan. Following the meeting, heads of the delegations signed a protocol, which will serve as a basis for regular passenger and cargo operation’s commencement between the two countries. Mongolia and Azerbaijan also discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of air transportation and the prospects of scheduled flights.
