Mongolian mental athletes captured 22 medals. Athletes from the Mongolian Intellectual Academy won an international competition in Malaysia which was attended by 97 athletes of eight countries. The tournament was held in ten kinds of mind contests in three age categories. Mongolian athlete B.Bat-Erdene set a new world record in the “Abstract images” contest in the children’s division, while another athlete B.Shijir-Erdene won the competition with the most points in the junior category. In last five years, Mongolian mental athletes collected 504 medals from World Championships and other biggest international tournaments. Five athletes are training to take part in the Extreme Memory Tournament of top 24 athletes of the world, which will be held on June 24-26 in San Diego, USA.
