Mongolian-Japanese cooperation expands in health sector.

Mongolian-Japanese cooperation expands in health sector. Mongolia’s Ministry of Health and Sport signs a cooperation memorandum with Nagoya University of Japan. Under the memorandum, Mongolian medical experts and doctors will do degrees at the Nagoya University. The Nagoya University has been supporting the training of national health personnel. Since 2003, 16 Mongolians had been involved in the “Young leader” scholarship and now some work at the Ministry of Health and Sport and others hold high positions in government authorities. Moreover, professors of the National University of Mongolia and the University of Science and Technology work on joint research works at the Nagoya University.
