Annual conference of the Tea Road project was held.
Annual conference of the Tea Road project was held. It gathered together delegations of Mongolia, Russia and China. At the conference, the representatives of the three Tea Road project countries agreed that Mongolia is the main regional spot for tourism and infrastructure development. Emphasis was also placed on the development of tourism in UB. Furthermore, the delegates have decided to participate in an annual international tourism exhibition “Ulaanbaatar” and a competition for the best services in the tourism sector. Since 2014, Mongolia has been a member of the modern Tea Road project, which takes its name from the ancient trade route connecting Asia with Europe. The nest “Tea Road” meeting will be held in July this year in China.
