Archaeologists unearthed fingerprints belonging to Turks.

Archaeologists unearthed fingerprints belonging to Turks. The fingerprints, dating back 1,300 years, were found at the site of the Turkic writing installation in eastern Mongolia. The unique discovery was made during an excavation work being carried out at Tonyukuk Monument, internationally known as Bain Tsokto. Also numerous ancient tools and archeological artifacts were discovered during the excavation. There are three massive slabs of stone inscribed in ancient Turkic scripts of the early 8th century which erected on the steppes of south western Mongolia. Those are called Orkhon monuments. Tonyukuk monument is one of the Orkhon Epigraphes, which are still considered masterpieces of Turkish language, literature and history.
