Horse culture to be promoted. “Winter Horse Festival” will be held for the second year with an aim to attract both domestic and foreign tourists, promote integral correlation between horses and humans as well as to spread the culture of horse. The festival will include numerous interesting events and competitions such as a horse racing and horse polo. Also horse herders will compete to show their skills related to horse herding, and also, professional photographers will take photos of 1000 horses.
