Wheat seed to be imported without VAT.

Wheat seed to be imported without VAT and excise tax. Standing committee on budget backed the draft law on customs and value-added tax exemption for wheat seeds. The draft amendment aims to exempt an imported wheat seed from the VAT and excise tax in order to perform normally the 2016 spring sowing.  The country harvested this year 419 thousand tons of grain and wheat. This year’s works slowed due to early cold weather, which made the harvest decreased by 20 percent compared to the previous year, and that is why 48 thousand tons of grains and 20 thousand tons of wheat seed need to be imported.
